try this solution

Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Network And Dial-up Connections. Right-click the connection you're trying to use and click Properties. Click the Networking tab and the Settings button. Clear the check mark from Negotiate Multi-Link For Single Link Connections. Click through the OKs to save your changes.
