if you forget your router login password then you can reset the password by pressing the button

not able to login to Router [192.168.1.1]

This is one of the common problem encountered when you try to login to the Modem or router .
what you need to take care of is that you manually change your IP , as BSNL gives a IP from DHCP server and to access your router/modem you need to change the IP from a Dynamic one to one in the range of the 192.168.*.* IP
try the following settings-
so try ip 192.168.1.10
submask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.1.1
