This is one of the common problem encountered when you try to login to the Modem or router .
what you need to take care of is that you manually change your IP , as BSNL gives a IP from DHCP server and to access your router/modem you need to change the IP from a Dynamic one to one in the range of the 192.168.*.* IP
try the following settings-
so try ip 192.168.1.10
submask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.1.1

Why can not I access 192.168.0.1?

To find the IP address of the router, take a look at the list of IP addresses of this router or an article on how to find the IP address of the router on different operating systems. If the gateway address is 192.168.0.1 and does not work, make sure that you have disabled any firewall or antivirus software that runs in the background.
