Use the following Steps to perform the task:
I assume my Username to be haviz and password to be patiala.

1. Create a connection to BSNL broadband as usual, by Create a New Connection>>Connect to the Internet>>Set up my connection manually>>Connect using a broadband connection that requires a username and password. Name the ISP name as BSNL. Use a small single name please.

2. Making sure that the connection is setup and is working fine, proceed to the next step.

3. Click on Start>>Control Panel>>Scheduled Tasks>>Add Scheduled Task. Click Next to continue.

4. Click Browse button to open the Select Program to schedule dialog. Browse to c:\windows\system32\rasdial.exe, assuming that your windoze is installed in C:\. Click Open to continue.

5. Now select this task to be performed on Daily basis. Now click Next to continue.

6. Now select the Start time to suit your choice. I use 02:05 Hrs. Also set the Perform this task to be done Every day. Leave the Start Date as it is and click on Next button to continue.

7. Select the Username and Password for the account you want to run the connection as. I found some difficulties here, because the Task Scheduler did give some errors when I did not had any password on my account. So I recommend that you setup a Password to your Windoze User account, otherwise you might face some difficulties. After entering the Windoze Username & Password, click Next to continue.

8. Now Click the Open advanced properties for this task when I click Finish. Now proceed to the last Step.

9. A new dialog box will open. Here you will see many Tabs. In the Task tab, There is a line in Run box where something like this is written C:\WINDOWS\system32\rasdial.exe. We have to add the connection name, username & password here for this command to function. So, my connection name is BSNL, Username is haviz and password is patiala, as I assumed above, my modified command will be C:\WINDOWS\system32\rasdial.exe BSNL shaviz patiala.

10. Now click the Settings tab. In the Power Management Section, Enable the Wake the computer to run this task, and click OK.
